- El Patron - Chef Jesús Rafael Borbolla Martinez creates delicious Mexican Specialties. El Patron offers a la carte for lunch and dinner with a large breakfast buffet in the mornings.
- La Taberna - Chef José Roberto Galdamez Dominguez spoils his guests with exquisite Spanish Cuisine and Seafood. La Taberna serves a la carte for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Latitud 23.5 - Chef Jonas Irurzo presides over mouth watering choices of meat at our praised beachfront Steakhouse. Make sure to try one of the dry aged cuts for an unforgettable dinner experience.
- Coralle - Our beloved pool and beach restaurant serves pizzas from a wood oven and all the American snacks and treats you desire all day long.
- The Palmita Deli offers a selection of wraps, sandwiches and salads for your smaller appetites in between.
- Room Service offers a variety menus around the clock designed for guests of all ages. You can see your choices on your in room TV and make your orders conveniently by phone.
- Chef Bernabé Cruz Villa is our Pastry Chef and you can taste his sweet creations at any of our restaurants.

Matching all of our Chefs' creations all restaurants offer an distinguished list of international wines. We recommend all our guests to at least once try one of the local wines. The Baja peninsula is home to some of the best vineyards in North America.
All guests are welcome to enjoy any of our fine dining locations on site at anytime during their stay. We recommend to get a reservation for dinner. You can easily do this online or as one of our concierges at the lobby. Outside guests are also welcome to visit our three specialty restaurants with a prior reservation.
